- We are able to hem any sheet material up to 22 gauge for stainless steel
- We offer bends using our Custom Angle, Custom C-Channel or Custom Z-Channel calculators
- We can drill holes in small quantities, but are not equipped to do large quantities (10+)
- Currently we are not able to do cutouts for electrical outlets in pieces to be used as a backsplash
- We can cut circles up to an estimated 36” in stainless steel, galvanized and mild steel with the plasma cutter. The plasma cutter has to be used on the thicker materials if they are beyond the capacity of the circle shear
- The circle shear can cut any size circle from 6” to 47” in a piece up to 48” x 48”. The capacity for the circle shear is 18 gauge for stainless steel
- We can cut polygon shapes as long as all the pertinent information is supplied
- Radius corners can be cut into material up to 10 gauge stainless steel
